Wendy L. Thornton
Youth boxing coach and mentor
- 🇬🇧 Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
- Belfast Swimming Club
- 2018 to 2025
- English
I coached boxing at Belfast Swimming Club from 2018 to 2025. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Wendy: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
