Wendy H. Pena
Helping people break into trades
- 🇺🇸 Fresno, California, United States
- Fresno Association
- 1978 to 1990
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 240 people through Fresno Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Wendy
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
