Wellington Marcelo Leite
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇧🇷 Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil
- Campinas Repairs
- 2017 to 2025
- English, Portuguese
My trade is thatching. I opened my own shop in 2017 in Campinas and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
More about Wellington
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.

What gifts mean to Wellington: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
