Helping people break into trades
- 🇧🇷 Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Gateway Youth Network
- Since 1999
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,350 people through Gateway Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
