Wekesa Paul Kioko
Painter, potter and teacher at Jinja Gallery
- 🇺🇬 Jinja, Eastern Region, Uganda
- Jinja Gallery
- Since 2003
- English, Swahili
I work mostly in printmaking, sometimes jewelry. My first show was in 2003 at Jinja Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Jinja Gallery, which keeps me honest.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Wekesa
I've had 3 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
