I spent eleven years as a lecturer in public health at Nairobi State University in Nairobi. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a night-shift cleaner and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
