Wei Yu Feng
Mentor in first-generation students and careers
- 🇺🇸 Reading, Pennsylvania, United States
- Reading Mentoring Circle
- Since 2005
- English, Mandarin
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,220 people through Reading Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
