I've cooked from 1989 to 2009, first at home, then at Addis Ababa Canteen and later in my own kitchen. Food is how I say thank you.
My recipes mostly come from my mother. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
