Wegayehu Aster Lemma
Mentor in leadership and careers
- 🇪🇹 Jimma, Oromia, Ethiopia
- Jimma Mentoring Circle
- Since 1990
- English, Amharic, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,330 people through Jimma Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Wegayehu
