For twelve years I've run the swimming program at Orlando Harmony Boxing Gym in Orlando. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
