Wayne R. Dixon
Volunteer mentor with Flint Association
- 🇺🇸 Flint, Michigan, United States
- Flint Association
- Since 2009
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 700 people through Flint Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
