Helping people break into design
- 🇺🇸 Cincinnati, Ohio, United States
- Cincinnati Learning Hub
- 1983 to 2010
- English
For 27 years I've mentored people in design and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Wayne
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Wayne: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
