I teach accounting at Holy Cross Technical College in Joliet since 1994. Most days I teach the final-year class, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
