For twelve years I ran the swimming program at Los Angeles Athletic Club in Los Angeles. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Wayne
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Wayne: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
