Wayne D. Stone
Engineering mentor, Leicester
- 🇬🇧 Leicester, England, United Kingdom
- Since 1988
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 870 people through Leicester Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Wayne
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
