Wayne D. Diaz
Engineering mentor, Aberdeen
- 🇬🇧 Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom
- Since 1979
- English
For 47 years I've mentored people in engineering and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
