Waylon Sanchez
Volunteer mentor with Willow Creek Association
- 🇺🇸 Fayetteville, North Carolina, United States

- 2006 to 2015

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 250 people through Willow Creek Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Waylon
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
