Waylon S. Gilbert

Helping people break into design

  • 🇬🇧 Coventry, England, United Kingdom
  • Coventry Association
  • Since 1993
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,120 people through Coventry Association. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
