Waylon Hendricks
Youth dance coach and mentor
- 🇬🇧 Leicester, England, United Kingdom
- Leicester Athletic Club
- Since 1997
- English
For 29 years I've run the dance program at Leicester Athletic Club in Leicester. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Waylon
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Waylon: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
