Baking, done properly
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Lakeview Trades Guild
- 2015 to 2025
- English, French
I've worked in baking from 2015 to 2025. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 580 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 20 years later for another job.
More about Wawan
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Wawan: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
