Waqas Saad Kakar
Helping people break into teaching
- 🇵🇰 Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan
- Since 1992
- English, Urdu
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,970 people through Peshawar Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Waqas
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
