I've served Harmony Fellowship in Arusha since 1991. My days are mostly visiting, listening and helping people carry things, sometimes literally.
We run a weekly meal that everyone's welcome at, whatever they believe. I carry a notebook everywhere.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
