Wanjiru Esther Wekesa
Painter, potter and teacher at Little Nairobi Studio
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Little Nairobi Studio
- Since 2007
- English, Swahili
I work mostly in photography, sometimes watercolor. My first show was in 2007 at Little Nairobi Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I try to remember everyone's name. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
More about Wanjiru
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.

What gifts mean to Wanjiru: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
