Wangari Nakato Mussa
Drums player and teacher in Mbarara
- 🇺🇬 Mbarara, Western Region, Uganda
- Since 1997
- English, Swahili, French
I've played drums since 1997, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 13 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
Instruments or styles
What gifts mean to Wangari: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
