Wambui Urassa

Retired early years teacher from Maple Ridge Technical College

🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
Maple Ridge Technical College
1978 to 1992
English, Swahili

I taught early years at Maple Ridge Technical College in Nairobi from 1978 to 1992. Most days I taught first-year students, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer. I ran the choir after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily. Thank you for stopping by.

More about Wambui

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Wambui: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

I was in your first-year students class in 2008. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Savannah.
