I'm a ceramics artist based in Nairobi. I've been making things from 2005 to 2023 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
Most of my work is inspired by the river near my house. I'm learning the guitar.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Wambui
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Wambui: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
