Wambui Esther Otieno

English literature and physics teacher, Kinondoni

  • 🇹🇿 Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
  • Bamboo Secondary School
  • Since 1995
  • English, Swahili
I teach English literature at Bamboo Secondary School in Kinondoni since 1995. Most days I teach Grade 6, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
