I've grown potatoes since 1999, with a bit of olives on the side. I'm up before the sun most days.
I teach local school groups about where food comes from. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Walter
Some years are hard. The good ones make up for it.
What gifts mean to Walter: I'd put gifts toward a small storage shed.
