Walter L. Mendoza
Mentor in nursing and small business
- 🇬🇧 London, England, United Kingdom
- Willow Creek Association
- Since 2018
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 180 people through Willow Creek Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Walter
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
