I coached hockey at Düsseldorf Trinity Boxing Gym from 2008 to 2025. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Thank you for stopping by.
What gifts mean to Walter: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

I still think about the long bus ride home. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Cardiff.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
