Walter H. Alvarado
Design and technology and computer science teacher, Hamilton
- 🇨🇦 Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
- 1981 to 2017
- English
I taught design and technology and computer science at Hamilton Boys' School, Hamilton. I never turned anyone away.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Walter
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Walter: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
