Walter Gaines
Mentor in finance and farming
- 🇺🇸 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States
- Sakura Association
- Since 1980
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,670 people through Sakura Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Walter
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
