Walter A. Brooks
Blacksmithing for eleven years in Southampton
- 🇬🇧 Southampton, England, United Kingdom
- Highland Works
- Since 2015
- English
I've worked in blacksmithing since 2015. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 200 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 11 years later for another job.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Walter
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Walter: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.

You fixed our roof in 2020 and charged half what others asked. Greetings from Aurangabad.
