Walker C. White
Mentor in design and leadership
- 🇺🇸 Phoenix, Arizona, United States
- Phoenix Foundation
- 2011 to 2020
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 220 people through Phoenix Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Walker
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Walker: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
