I coached volleyball at Fresno Acacia Football Club from 2005 to 2021. Most of my players were between 10 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
