Walid Marwan Mourad
Master of tiling, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇧 Coventry, England, United Kingdom
- Little Unity Shop
- 1978 to 2001
- English, Arabic
I've worked in tiling from 1978 to 2001. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 1,240 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Walid
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
