Walid Idris Tawfik
Choir director and singer
- 🇫🇷 Montpellier, Occitanie, France
- Hillcrest Quartet
- 1981 to 2004
- English
I've played jazz from 1981 to 2004, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 6 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I sing in a choir.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Walid: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
