I've volunteered with Good Shepherd Community Kitchen from 2005 to 2023. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I try to remember everyone's name. Small habits keep a team together.
What gifts mean to Walid: A gift would go toward supplies for our weekly sessions.
