Wagner Miguel Vasconcelos
Baking, done properly
- 🇧🇷 Duque de Caxias, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Old Phoenix Shop
- 1981 to 1998
- Portuguese, Spanish
I've worked in baking from 1981 to 1998. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 1,000 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I garden badly but happily.
More about Wagner
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Wagner: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
