Wafula Urassa

Professor of mathematics, Fairview Polytechnic

  • 🇺🇬 Mbarara, Western Region, Uganda
  • Fairview Polytechnic
  • 2011 to 2020
  • English, French
I spent nine years as a lecturer in mathematics at Fairview Polytechnic in Mbarara. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more. I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I'm learning the guitar. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Wafula: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
