Wafa Fahmy
Choir director and singer
- 🇪🇬 Shubra, Cairo, Egypt
- Pioneer Music School
- 2014 to 2024
- English, French
I've played gospel from 2014 to 2024, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 16 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I walk the dog by the river.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Wafa
I wrote my first song when I was 16. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Wafa: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
