Vusi C. Padayachee
Mentor in nursing and engineering
- 🇿🇦 Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa

For 14 years I've mentored people in nursing and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

What gifts mean to Vusi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
