Vrushali E. Patil
Cross country and fitness coach, Chennai
- 🇮🇳 Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
- Since 1988
- English
For 38 years I've run the cross country program at Chennai Youth Club in Chennai. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
More about Vrushali
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Vrushali: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

You coached me in 2025. I still hear your voice on the sideline! Greetings from Pittsburgh.
