Volodymyr Dmitry Koval
Gymnastics coach, Orchid Sports Club
- 🇷🇺 Saint Petersburg, Saint Petersburg, Russia
- Since 1986
- English, Russian, Spanish
I've coached gymnastics at Orchid Sports Club since 1986. Most of my players were between 10 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Volodymyr
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

You coached me in 1987. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Gwagwalada.

I still think about the day we all got the giggles in assembly. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Montpellier.
