Volkan Mert Polat
Jazz and choir direction teacher
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Since 2007
- English, French
I play jazz and choir direction. I started in 2007 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 6 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Volkan
I write my first song when I was 15. It was terrible and I still love it.
