I teach religious studies at Harbor Public School in Bornova since 2002. Most days I teach Year 10, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Volkan
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
