I've coached rugby at Saint Petersburg Our Lady of Peace Sports Club since 1992. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
