Helping people break into trades
- 🇷🇴 București, București, Romania
- Fairview Youth Network
- Since 1992
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,730 people through Fairview Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Vlad
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
