For 35 years I've run the martial arts program at Juiz de Fora Starlight Athletic Club in Juiz de Fora. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
