For 14 years I ran the rugby program at Hamilton Crescent Sports Club in Hamilton. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Vivian
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Vivian: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
